Booking & Attendance Policy

To maintain fairness and protect reserved time for all clients, the following policy applies to all services offered by JB Consulting ATX, including our digital marketing services and small business consulting.

Appointments & Deposits

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking to secure the scheduled time. Deposits are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to missed appointments. An appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received, ensuring clear online presence strategies for our clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. Same-day cancellations are treated as missed appointments, impacting your access to our valuable consulting services.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows)

Appointments missed without prior notice are considered no-shows. No-shows result in loss of the deposit and are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rollovers. A new deposit is required to book any future session, ensuring fairness in our scheduling process for all clients.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session canceled and treated as a no-show. Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended, as we strive to keep our digital marketing services on track.

Discretionary Exceptions

Any courtesy discounts, rebooking offers, or exceptions are granted solely at the discretion of JB Consulting ATX and do not override this policy or establish a precedent.
